For God {is} not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.

But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.
And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold {water} only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward.
As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all {men}, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.
Remembering without ceasing your work of faith, and labour of love, and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, in the sight of God and our Father;
And when he looked on him, he was afraid, and said, What is it, Lord? And he said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial before God.
And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, {do} all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.
For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:
That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to communicate; {willing...: or, sociable}
He that oppresseth the poor reproacheth his Maker: but he that honoureth him hath mercy on the poor.
For whosoever shall give you a cup of water to drink in my name, because ye belong to Christ, verily I say unto you, he shall not lose his reward.

If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food,

We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not {his} brother abideth in death.

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that receiveth whomsoever I send receiveth me; and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me.

Moreover, brethren, we do you to wit of the grace of God bestowed on the churches of Macedonia;

Seeing {it is} a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you;
Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.
And I commanded the Levites that they should cleanse themselves, and {that} they should come {and} keep the gates, to sanctify the sabbath day. Remember me, O my God, {concerning} this also, and spare me according to the greatness of thy mercy. {greatness: or, multitude}
For as touching the ministering to the saints, it is superfluous for me to write to you:
Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given order to the churches of Galatia, even so do ye.
And said, Cornelius, thy prayer is heard, and thine alms are had in remembrance in the sight of God.
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us {our} sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.
God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.
Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;

Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven. {alms: or, righteousness} {of your: or, with your}
Say ye to the righteous, that {it shall be} well {with him}: for they shall eat the fruit of their doings.
But this {I say}, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.

And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:
The LORD recompense thy work, and a full reward be given thee of the LORD God of Israel, under whose wings thou art come to trust.
Thus saith the LORD; Refrain thy voice from weeping, and thine eyes from tears: for thy work shall be rewarded, saith the LORD; and they shall come again from the land of the enemy.

Wherefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus, and love unto all the saints,
He hath dispersed, he hath given to the poor; his righteousness endureth for ever; his horn shall be exalted with honour.
The Lord grant unto him that he may find mercy of the Lord in that day: and in how many things he ministered unto me at Ephesus, thou knowest very well.
And they buried him in the city of David among the kings, because he had done good in Israel, both toward God, and toward his house.
Let brotherly love continue.
Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, {see that ye} love one another with a pure heart fervently:
If any man love not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be Anathema Maranatha.
Remember me, O my God, concerning this, and wipe not out my good deeds that I have done for the house of my God, and for the offices thereof. {good...: Heb. kindnesses} {offices: or, observations}
And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name's sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted.
For they that have used the office of a deacon well purchase to themselves a good degree, and great boldness in the faith which is in Christ Jesus. {used...: or, ministered}
For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead:

Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away.

I beseech you, brethren, (ye know the house of Stephanas, that it is the firstfruits of Achaia, and {that} they have addicted themselves to the ministry of the saints,)
But, beloved, we are persuaded better things of you, and things that accompany salvation, though we thus speak.
That ye submit yourselves unto such, and to every one that helpeth with {us}, and laboureth.
Verily I say unto you, Wheresoever this gospel shall be preached in the whole world, {there} shall also this, that this woman hath done, be told for a memorial of her.
For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.
