2Ch 32:17
He wrote also letters to rail on the LORD God of Israel, and to speak against him, saying, As the gods of the nations of {other} lands have not delivered their people out of mine hand, so shall not the God of Hezekiah deliver his people out of mine hand.

But I know thy abode, and thy going out, and thy coming in, and thy rage against me. {abode: or, sitting}
And Hezekiah received the letter from the hand of the messengers, and read it: and Hezekiah went up unto the house of the LORD, and spread it before the LORD.
Whom hast thou reproached and blasphemed? and against whom hast thou exalted {thy} voice, and lifted up thine eyes on high? {even} against the Holy One of Israel.
Then sent Sanballat his servant unto me in like manner the fifth time with an open letter in his hand;
Because thy rage against me and thy tumult is come up into mine ears, therefore I will put my hook in thy nose, and my bridle in thy lips, and I will turn thee back by the way by which thou camest.
Whom hast thou reproached and blasphemed? and against whom hast thou exalted {thy} voice, and lifted up thine eyes on high? {even} against the Holy {One} of Israel.
And Hezekiah received the letter of the hand of the messengers, and read it: and Hezekiah went up into the house of the LORD, and spread it before the LORD.
And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.
And when he heard say of Tirhakah king of Ethiopia, Behold, he is come out to fight against thee: he sent messengers again unto Hezekiah, saying,
Shall the axe boast itself against him that heweth therewith? {or} shall the saw magnify itself against him that shaketh it? as if the rod should shake {itself} against them that lift it up, {or} as if the staff should lift up {itself, as if it were} no wood. {the rod...: or, a rod should shake them that lift it up} {itself, as if...: or, that which is not wood}
So she wrote letters in Ahab's name, and sealed {them} with his seal, and sent the letters unto the elders and to the nobles that {were} in his city, dwelling with Naboth.
By thy messengers thou hast reproached the Lord, and hast said, With the multitude of my chariots I am come up to the height of the mountains, to the sides of Lebanon, and will cut down the tall cedar trees thereof, {and} the choice fir trees thereof: and I will enter into the lodgings of his borders, {and into} the forest of his Carmel. {By: Heb.
