Be it known unto you therefore, men {and} brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins:
Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
I, {even} I, {am} he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins.
I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, thy transgressions, and, as a cloud, thy sins: return unto me; for I have redeemed thee.
Who was before a blasphemer, and a persecutor, and injurious: but I obtained mercy, because I did {it} ignorantly in unbelief.
Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,
But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world.
For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed {is} every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.
For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one {point}, he is guilty of all.
Wherefore I say unto thee, Her sins, which are many, are forgiven; for she loved much: but to whom little is forgiven, {the same} loveth little.
And when the woman saw that the tree {was} good for food, and that it {was} pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make {one} wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat. {pleasant: Heb. a desire}
Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. {the unrighteous...: Heb. the man of iniquity} {abundantly...: Heb. multiply to pardon}
Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
In those days, and in that time, saith the LORD, the iniquity of Israel shall be sought for, and {there shall be} none; and the sins of Judah, and they shall not be found: for I will pardon them whom I reserve.
His prayer also, and {how God} was intreated of him, and all his sin, and his trespass, and the places wherein he built high places, and set up groves and graven images, before he was humbled: behold, they {are} written among the sayings of the seers. {the seers: or, Hosai}
But not as the offence, so also {is} the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, {which is} by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.

None of his sins that he hath committed shall be mentioned unto him: he hath done that which is lawful and right; he shall surely live.
