[{A Psalm} of David.] Judge me, O LORD; for I have walked in mine integrity: I have trusted also in the LORD; {therefore} I shall not slide.
Draw nigh unto my soul, {and} redeem it: deliver me because of mine enemies.
Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, {as} silver and gold, from your vain conversation {received} by tradition from your fathers;

But the former governors that {had been} before me were chargeable unto the people, and had taken of them bread and wine, beside forty shekels of silver; yea, even their servants bare rule over the people: but so did not I, because of the fear of God.

And I commanded the Levites that they should cleanse themselves, and {that} they should come {and} keep the gates, to sanctify the sabbath day. Remember me, O my God, {concerning} this also, and spare me according to the greatness of thy mercy. {greatness: or, multitude}

Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
And now, behold, the king walketh before you: and I am old and grayheaded; and, behold, my sons {are} with you: and I have walked before you from my childhood unto this day.
He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.
And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless.
None {of them} can by any means redeem his brother, nor give to God a ransom for him:
He that walketh uprightly walketh surely: but he that perverteth his ways shall be known.
Let integrity and uprightness preserve me; for I wait on thee.
The just {man} walketh in his integrity: his children {are} blessed after him.

Whoso walketh uprightly shall be saved: but {he that is} perverse {in his} ways shall fall at once.
