After these things the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come.

Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive: thou hast received gifts for men; yea, {for} the rebellious also, that the LORD God might dwell {among them}. {for men: Heb. in the man}

Let the LORD, the God of the spirits of all flesh, set a man over the congregation,

And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!
