And the king said unto her, Be not afraid: for what sawest thou? And the woman said unto Saul, I saw gods ascending out of the earth.

And when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a spirit; and they cried out for fear.

But when they saw him walking upon the sea, they supposed it had been a spirit, and cried out:

And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent.

And they said unto her, Thou art mad. But she constantly affirmed that it was even so. Then said they, It is his angel.

And Joseph said unto his brethren, I {am} Joseph; doth my father yet live? And his brethren could not answer him; for they were troubled at his presence. {troubled: or, terrified}

And Joseph said unto them, Fear not: for {am} I in the place of God?
