And Nadab and Abihu died, when they offered strange fire before the LORD.
And there came a fire out from before the LORD, and consumed upon the altar the burnt offering and the fat: {which} when all the people saw, they shouted, and fell on their faces.
And there came out a fire from the LORD, and consumed the two hundred and fifty men that offered incense.
These {are} the names of the sons of Aaron, the priests which were anointed, whom he consecrated to minister in the priest's office. {whom...: Heb. whose hand he filled}

For because ye {did it} not at the first, the LORD our God made a breach upon us, for that we sought him not after the due order.
And Ananias hearing these words fell down, and gave up the ghost: and great fear came on all them that heard these things.

Then the fire of the LORD fell, and consumed the burnt sacrifice, and the wood, and the stones, and the dust, and licked up the water that {was} in the trench.

While he {was} yet speaking, there came also another, and said, The fire of God is fallen from heaven, and hath burned up the sheep, and the servants, and consumed them; and I only am escaped alone to tell thee. {The fire...: or, A great fire}

And he went and found his carcase cast in the way, and the ass and the lion standing by the carcase: the lion had not eaten the carcase, nor torn the ass. {torn: Heb. broken}
