And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is {the book} of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
Thy dead {men} shall live, {together with} my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew {is as} the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead.
So also {is} the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:
Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day.
For I know {that} my redeemer liveth, and {that} he shall stand at the latter {day} upon the earth:
For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.
And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.
Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.
The hand of the LORD was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the LORD, and set me down in the midst of the valley which {was} full of bones,

For the Father loveth the Son, and sheweth him all things that himself doeth: and he will shew him greater works than these, that ye may marvel.
Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father.
And when Peter saw {it}, he answered unto the people, Ye men of Israel, why marvel ye at this? or why look ye so earnestly on us, as though by our own power or holiness we had made this man to walk?
Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD.
And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame {and} everlasting contempt.
Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.
Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise.

And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. {hell: or, the grave}

And have hope toward God, which they themselves also allow, that there shall be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and unjust.

{He that is} our God {is} the God of salvation; and unto GOD the Lord {belong} the issues from death.
Who shall give account to him that is ready to judge the quick and the dead.
Why should it be thought a thing incredible with you, that God should raise the dead?

But as touching the resurrection of the dead, have ye not read that which was spoken unto you by God, saying,
And God hath both raised up the Lord, and will also raise up us by his own power.
