Who can number the clouds in wisdom? or who can stay the bottles of heaven, {stay: Heb. cause to lie down}

He telleth the number of the stars; he calleth them all by {their} names.
And I will remember my covenant, which {is} between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh.
And God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the cattle that {was} with him in the ark: and God made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters asswaged;
And he brought him forth abroad, and said, Look now toward heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them: and he said unto him, So shall thy seed be.
He bindeth up the waters in his thick clouds; and the cloud is not rent under them.
He watereth the hills from his chambers: the earth is satisfied with the fruit of thy works.
The fountains also of the deep and the windows of heaven were stopped, and the rain from heaven was restrained;
He causeth it to come, whether for correction, or for his land, or for mercy. {correction: Heb. a rod}
Neither say they in their heart, Let us now fear the LORD our God, that giveth rain, both the former and the latter, in his season: he reserveth unto us the appointed weeks of the harvest.
Also can {any} understand the spreadings of the clouds, {or} the noise of his tabernacle?
