Knowest thou the time when the wild goats of the rock bring forth? {or} canst thou mark when the hinds do calve?

How do the beasts groan! the herds of cattle are perplexed, because they have no pasture; yea, the flocks of sheep are made desolate.
And from the daughter of Zion all her beauty is departed: her princes are become like harts {that} find no pasture, and they are gone without strength before the pursuer.
