For, behold, the LORD cometh forth out of his place, and will come down, and tread upon the high places of the earth.

The mountains quake at him, and the hills melt, and the earth is burned at his presence, yea, the world, and all that dwell therein.

The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, {and} seek God.
