Thou hast put all things in subjection under his feet. For in that he put all in subjection under him, he left nothing {that is} not put under him. But now we see not yet all things put under him.

Jesus knowing that the Father had given all things into his hands, and that he was come from God, and went to God;
For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under {him, it is} manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him.
Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all {things} under his feet:
Who is gone into heaven, and is on the right hand of God; angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him.
And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion {is} an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom {that} which shall not be destroyed.
Then {cometh} the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.
Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:
Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?
I {am} he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.
The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand.
And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;
For unto the angels hath he not put in subjection the world to come, whereof we speak.
And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
And from Jesus Christ, {who is} the faithful witness, {and} the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,

But now {they that are} younger than I have me in derision, whose fathers I would have disdained to have set with the dogs of my flock. {younger...: Heb. of fewer days than I}
Canst thou draw out leviathan with an hook? or his tongue with a cord {which} thou lettest down? {leviathan: probably an extinct animal of some kind} {which...: Heb. which thou drownest?}
And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and {he} to whomsoever the Son will reveal {him}.

Hath in these last days spoken unto us by {his} Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;
And this was known to all the Jews and Greeks also dwelling at Ephesus; and fear fell on them all, and the name of the Lord Jesus was magnified.
All things are delivered to me of my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and {he} to whom the Son will reveal {him}. {many ancient copies add these words at the beginning of verse, and turning to his disciples, he said}
And I said, Let them set a fair mitre upon his head. So they set a fair mitre upon his head, and clothed him with garments. And the angel of the LORD stood by.
