Then Ananias answered, Lord, I have heard by many of this man, how much evil he hath done to thy saints at Jerusalem:

But Peter said, Not so, Lord; for I have never eaten any thing that is common or unclean.

And he said, Let me go, for the day breaketh. And he said, I will not let thee go, except thou bless me.

But Naaman was wroth, and went away, and said, Behold, I thought, He will surely come out to me, and stand, and call on the name of the LORD his God, and strike his hand over the place, and recover the leper. {I thought: Heb. Thus saith the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker, Ask me of things to come concerning my sons, and concerning the work of my hands command ye me.

Then cometh he to Simon Peter: and Peter saith unto him, Lord, dost thou wash my feet? {Peter saith: Gr. he saith}

And Joseph said unto his father, Not so, my father: for this {is} the firstborn; put thy right hand upon his head.
