Cursed {shall be} the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy land, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep.

{And} when I have broken the staff of your bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall deliver {you} your bread again by weight: and ye shall eat, and not be satisfied.
Behold, O LORD, and consider to whom thou hast done this. Shall the women eat their fruit, {and} children of a span long? shall the priest and the prophet be slain in the sanctuary of the Lord? {of a span...: or, swaddled with their hands?}
Cursed {shalt} thou {be} in the city, and cursed {shalt} thou {be} in the field.
His roots shall be dried up beneath, and above shall his branch be cut off.
And I will break the pride of your power; and I will make your heaven as iron, and your earth as brass:

For, behold, the days are coming, in the which they shall say, Blessed {are} the barren, and the wombs that never bare, and the paps which never gave suck.
Mine eyes do fail with tears, my bowels are troubled, my liver is poured upon the earth, for the destruction of the daughter of my people; because the children and the sucklings swoon in the streets of the city. {swoon: or, faint}
Behold, I will corrupt your seed, and spread dung upon your faces, {even} the dung of your solemn feasts; and {one} shall take you away with it. {corrupt: or, reprove} {spread: Heb. scatter} {one...: or, it shall take you away to it}

And he said, Cursed {be} Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren.
And I will fan them with a fan in the gates of the land; I will bereave {them} of children, I will destroy my people, {since} they return not from their ways. {children: or, whatsoever is dear}
Thou hast called as in a solemn day my terrors round about, so that in the day of the LORD'S anger none escaped nor remained: those that I have swaddled and brought up hath mine enemy consumed.
And thou shalt eat the fruit of thine own body, the flesh of thy sons and of thy daughters, which the LORD thy God hath given thee, in the siege, and in the straitness, wherewith thine enemies shall distress thee: {body: Heb. belly}
