The king answered unto Daniel, and said, Of a truth {it is}, that your God {is} a God of gods, and a Lord of kings, and a revealer of secrets, seeing thou couldest reveal this secret.
I make a decree, That in every dominion of my kingdom men tremble and fear before the God of Daniel: for he {is} the living God, and stedfast for ever, and his kingdom {that} which shall not be destroyed, and his dominion {shall be even} unto the end.

Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I {am} the first, and I {am} the last; and beside me {there is} no God.
And they said unto him, From a very far country thy servants are come because of the name of the LORD thy God: for we have heard the fame of him, and all that he did in Egypt,
