And it was {so}, when Elijah heard {it}, that he wrapped his face in his mantle, and went out, and stood in the entering in of the cave. And, behold, {there came} a voice unto him, and said, What doest thou here, Elijah?
And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where {art} thou?
And now what hast thou to do in the way of Egypt, to drink the waters of Sihor? or what hast thou to do in the way of Assyria, to drink the waters of the river?

But Jonah rose up to flee unto Tarshish from the presence of the LORD, and went down to Joppa; and he found a ship going to Tarshish: so he paid the fare thereof, and went down into it, to go with them unto Tarshish from the presence of the LORD.
(Of whom the world was not worthy:) they wandered in deserts, and {in} mountains, and {in} dens and caves of the earth.
